Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery

We use USPS and generally ship within three business days of your order. If you place an order that contains a back-ordered item this will delay the entire order.

Delivery out of the U.S.

We do not currently ship outside of the U.S.

Refunds and Returns

Returns must be within 30 days of the date of invoice. Items returned in used, damaged or compromised condition will not be refunded. Customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs that are incurred. We do not refund shipping. Any questions email peaceorhavoc@gmail.com.

Exchanges

Exchanges must be within 30 days of the date of invoice. Items returned in used, damaged or compromised condition will not be exchanged for new products. Customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs that are incurred. Any questions email peaceorhavoc@gmail.com.

Limited Warranty

Peace or Havoc warrants its’ products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and manufacturing for a period of 30 days from purchase. Peace or Havoc makes no other warranties of any kind or condition including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Purchasers Remedy

Any items found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at the sole discretion of Peace or Havoc. This remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty. Peace or Havoc shall not be responsible for any other expenses, losses, or damages that may result from the purchase and use, or defective condition of any product purchased. Purchaser must provide proof of purchase.
